And now for the "fine print"

Ok,  so we're not much into "fine print" or the so called "legal-eze" so we'll just put it all plain and simple. By you installing the remote software (LogMeIn) and asking us to fix your computer, you're agreeing that that's exactly what you want us to do--fix your computer. We're not going to snoop into your files or delete all your stuff or install anything that will let us hack into your computer later...we're not that type of company. And besides, you will be able to watch everything we do. We're there to fix the problem. Once it's fixed and the job is complete, you agree to pay us in full by credit card for the job we did. (All our credit cards are processed securely via PayPal...and no, you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this service.)

Once we're done you have three choices as far as LogMeIn is concerned. One, you can simply leave it alone. Anytime you have a problem, just call us and we can remote in and fix it if that's what needs to be done. Or, if you're concerned about security, simply right-click the LogMeIn icon and disable it. It will still start the utility every time your computer starts, HOWEVER, your computer will NOT be able to be controlled remotely. You will still have to right-click and enable the utility before we would be able to log in again. Thirdly, if you don't feel the need for the program anymore, simply uninstall the program.
