• Virus / Spyware Removal Only-- $50 (if performed remotely)
  With this service, all we do is remove any viruses and spyware that are infecting your system. This price is only if it can be done remotely. If we are unable to make a connection to your system or fix it remotely, then it will require an on-site visit at which time we will perform the full "Basic System Cleanup" at the rate of $135

• Service call / System Diagnostic rates are $50 which will be applied toward any other service you may need. This would include arriving onsite, troubleshooting the problem to determine the best possible course of action. If a repair is performed, then the diagnostic fee not charged and the customer only pays the cost of the repair.

• Power Supply replacement -- Starting at $100 total cost. If your system requires a special power supply, there may be an additional cost.

• Standard troubleshooting / problem resolution rates are $135 per system

• Broken / Cracked Laptop LCD screens or LCD Inverter replacement: $100 plus the cost of parts.

• System Restore / Complete Operating System install / rebuild = $185-200 -- If your system is several years old, by now, you may have noticed your system is significantly slower than it used to be. We can back up your necessary files/documents/pictures, reformat your hard drive (this erases everything) then reinstall the operating system along with all the latest patches and drivers. The difference in speed and performance is almost shocking! Plus, this dramatically reduces errors and problems because it's now a "clean" install

• Build new system labor rates (including installing of hardware, operating system and drivers):

  • Gaming system: $250

• Basic System Cleanup -- $135 (**This is our most popular service!)

  The Basic System Cleanup Includes:

  1. Delete temporary files on the system (they should never be there when system is functioning and shut down properly)

  2. Install FREE anti-virus software and check for viruses

  3. Install FREE Spyware scanning / removal software

  4. Make recommendations for any strongly recommended upgrades or actions to be taken

  5. System Startup Optimization

  6. Registry cleanup / optimization

• Super System Cleanup -- $185

The Super System Cleanup includes everything in the Basic System Cleanup package, PLUS:

1. Blowing dust out of the entire system -- heat sinks, power supply, removable media drives (floppy disk, CD/DVD, etc.)

2. Lubricate (or replace) all cooling fans in system if necessary (Fans will only be replaced if necessary and with prior customer approval)

3. Run file system check and hard disk surface scan to detect any possible errors on the hard disk 

4. Install FREE firewall software (if one is needed and one is not already installed)

5. Optimize the Windows swap-file for optimum performance for YOUR specific machine

6. Run disk defragmenter

7. Optimize TCP/IP settings to ensure best Internet performance (based on your specific Internet connection type - i.e. cable modem, DSL, dial-up)

8. Optimize your Internet browser's settings to ensure best web surfing experience

9. Run diagnostics on current Windows installation to detect and prevent any possible problems

10. Optimize Windows for best performance and stability

11. Download and install any missing Windows security patches/updates from Microsoft
